Spinach-Garlic-Edamame Hummus

Course: 
Ingredients: 
  • 3/4 cup boiled edamame, shells removed
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (1 package)
  • 1 12 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbs red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in a food proccesor. Add remaining olive oil until desired texture.
