Spinach-Garlic-Edamame Hummus
Course:
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup boiled edamame, shells removed
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (1 package)
- 1 12 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 -1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbs red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food proccesor. Add remaining olive oil until desired texture.
