Salsa Fresca
Course:
This is a "too taste" recipe. I like my fresh salsas simple. I think the key is plenty of lie juice and salt. So delish for dipping chips or tacos.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 tomatoes
- a bunch of cilantro
- 1 white onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- salt
Directions:
Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic and cilantro and combine. Squeeze lime into it and salt it until the desired limey saltiness is reached.
