Roasted Broccoli

  • Head of Broccoli
  • Couple of gloves of garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Chop up broccoli. You can include stems in this roast. IF the skin is tough, peal it. Peal garlic and toss with broccoli. Pour oil over and mix until veggies are coated. Place in oven at 400°F and cook until tender and slightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
