Morning Green Shake

Course: 
This green shake will jump start any day, loaded with vitamins and fiber!
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1/3 cup clover sprouts
  • handful bok choi
  • pinch cumin
  • handful collard greens
  • 12 oz water
  • powdered protien or hemp seeds (optional)
Directions: 

Add all ingredients into blender and blend into liquid.
