Cantaloupe Salsa

Course: 
Amazing and refreshing! Perfect for a summer brunch or an afternoon snack. Great paired with fish, tortilla chips or all alone!
Ingredients: 
  • 2 cups diced (1/4 inch) cantaloupe
  • 1/4 cup diced (1/4 inch) sweet onion or red onion
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh basil or cilantro
  • 1 fresh hot red or green chile minced (remove seeds according to preference)
  • 2 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Directions: 

Mix everything and eat immediately!
