Cantaloupe Salsa
Course:
Amazing and refreshing! Perfect for a summer brunch or an afternoon snack. Great paired with fish, tortilla chips or all alone!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced (1/4 inch) cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup diced (1/4 inch) sweet onion or red onion
- 2 tbs chopped fresh basil or cilantro
- 1 fresh hot red or green chile minced (remove seeds according to preference)
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Mix everything and eat immediately!
