Parsley is a wonderful herb native to the Mediterranean region of the world. We grown both flat leaf and curly leaf varieties.

Storage tips: 

Parsley can be kept fresh for a week or 2 in the fridge. It can be dried or frozen as well.

Cooking tips: 
Parsley is most commonly used as a garnish, but it adds wonderful flavor to many dishes. I love it cut fresh on just about anything, salads, soups etc. It is also the main ingredient of Tabbouleh, a wonderful middle eastern salad.
