We grow all sorts of greens: Arugula, bok choi, mizuna, tat soi, komatsuma, red russian kale, etc.  Greens are available all season long.

Storage tips: 

Store your greens in a bag in the fridge.  If you wash prior to storing, make sure to drain them well.

Greens can be frozen by blanching, chilling in ice water, draining and freezing in airtight freezer bags.

Cooking tips: 
Greens like mizuna, arugula, red russian kale, tot soi can be tossed into a salad. They are also great sauteed. Bok choi is a wonderful green in stir fries.
