Storage tips:

Fresh dill is best used as soon as possible. For short term storage, stand dill up in a cup of water in the fridge or place in a plastic bag in the fridge. Dill can be dried by hanging it in a bunch in a ventilated area away from sunlight.

Cooking tips:
Dill is great with fish, potatoes, summer salads, and sprinkled into just about any dish. Experiment with its distinctive flavor. The seed heads are used when making dill pickles.
