Chinese Cabbage

Chinese cabbage is the first BIG veggie you'll get. Don't be intimidated though. The leaves are crisp and juicy and great fresh or cooked.

Storage tips: 

Best to eat chinese cabbage fresh, but will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. It can also be made into Kimchi, which can store for the whole year!

Cooking tips: 
Chinese Cabbage is best eaten fresh, in slaws and salads, or sauteed briefly in stir fries. You can also make Kimchi with it, which is easy, extremely good for you, and keeps all year!
