Cauliflower
Like Broccoli, cauliflower is actually the tiny flower buds of the plant. Their plant family (Brassica) is renown for their healthful and healing qualities. Cauliflower has a lovely mild, sweet and creamy nutty flavor with a unique crunch. The flower heads are white when the leaves of the plants cover the heads. If the heads are exposed to sun, they will start to yellow.

Cooking tips:
Cauliflower can be steamed, eaten raw, roasted and sauteed. Its great in vegetable dishes, curried or stir-fried.
