From our fields, for your family

Like Broccoli, cauliflower is actually the tiny flower buds of the plant. Their plant family (Brassica) is renown for their healthful and healing qualities. Cauliflower has a lovely mild, sweet and creamy nutty flavor with a unique crunch. The flower heads are white when the leaves of the plants cover the heads. If the heads are exposed to sun, they will start to yellow.
