Braising Mix

Braising mixes are comprised of a variety of greens including mustard, tot soi, kale, komatsuma, mizuna and many others.  It is great lightly cooked.

Cooking tips: 
My favorite cooking method is to start by sauteing garlic in butter or olive oil. Once garlic is aromatic and softened, add braising mix with a little water, salt and pepper, and cover for 2 minutes. Cook until it reaches your desired consistency.
