Bok Choi

Bok choi is a wonderful mild, juicy, and crisp cooking green, renown for its use in Asian cooking.  It is one of our favorites for stir-fries. It is best eaten raw, or sauteed very briefly. It  can also be used to make kimchi!

Stores in the fridge for about a week.

Cooking tips: 
Make sure to wash well as grit can get stuck in the little crannies where the leaves attach to the stems.
