Basic Sauteed Greens
This is so easy and so good for making a quick green side dish to accompany any meal and get greens into your diet.
Wash and chop the greens. Chop the garlic. Heat a pan with some oil and fry garlic/onion/scallion until translucent. Add greens and cook for a few minutes. Poor a little water on top and put lid on plan and cook, stirring once in a while until desired tenderness. Add more water if necessary. Sprinkle with salt. A squeeze of lemon, a bit of balsamic or some soy sauce is also good.
